In this video, Jen demonstrates Thai #Massage techniques and specifically discusses how to do the opening sequence of a thai yoga massage for relaxation and stress relief. Her detailed instruction will be helpful for massage therapists and people who may want to learn a few techniques to share with their friend or lover.

She shows you pressure points along the soles of the feet and how to stimulate them with massage and discusses the benefits of thai massage, or lazy man's yoga.

Improved circulation, increased flexibility of the joints (which is great for athletes!) and a stronger immune system are other benefts. Thai massage integrates movements for the entire skeletal body, enhancing joint range of motion. Meditation is another important part of Thai Massage. Thai massage is helpful for people who have injuries or limited motion that prevents them from being flexible and healthy.
